Just got back from vacation where Patti & I sat on the beach and more than a couple of times over the 7 days reflected on what an outstanding party Sage catered for us.
We came to you after remembering how good the food was at one of your other events, this we expected.

However, what we were further delighted with was the attention given the planning of our relatively small event (45 people).  Darby did an outstanding job helping us through this process, listening and suggesting just the right things.
The staff you sent to set up (including yourself!) arrived on time and had everything under control from go.

The entire staff performed admirably (I want the same people at our next event - oh yeah there will be a couple of next events) - they were professional yet personable and truly added to the whole ambiance of the party.

Oh yeah, the food, actually it was better than expected.  We were at another affair last night where a mutual acquaintance was still raving about out fare.

Alexandra and I wanted to take a minute to thank you all sincerely for helping make our day at Welkinweir absolutely perfect.

We just received our pictures a couple weeks ago, and were able to look back and notice not only how great the food looked, but also that all the details were simply perfect.

Since the wedding, we have been getting comments from everyone in attendance. The consensus is that the food was excellent! Several people have told us it is the best wedding food they have ever had, and several more have said that it didn't even seem like "wedding food."

Everything went so well, and all the details were taken care of so Alex and I didn't have to worry about anything besides getting married. Greg and Liz, you listened to our vision for the wedding from day one, and were able to created everything we discussed down to the smallest detail. That kind of service is hard to come by.

Please feel free to use us as a reference. Our expectations were surpassed. We absolutely recommend Sage Catering.

How does one say "truly spectacular performance" without it sounding trite or hollow? Words sometimes limit our abilities to communicate our true feelings when expectations have been so thoroughly exceeded.
 
There wasn't an aspect of how you handled my annual event that wasn't handled with punctuality, professionalism, attention to detail, or creativity. From our first meeting to the clean-up at the end of the event, everything was as advertised, and more. Your choice of menu was creative and perfect for the theme of the event. The culinary results drew rave reviews from absolutely everyone. Your staff was courteous, professional, and competent.
 
In short, Sage Catering will be the only company I call for future events, and if you ever need a recommendation, please have any potential clients contact me. They need to hear how pleased I am. You made me look very, very good.

Your team performed extraordinarily "above and beyond" in the sweltering heat on Saturday. Whatever you do to train your team of coordinators, servers, bartenders, you do very, very well.  We were immensely impressed with everything:  from the party coordination (Pat needs a pedestal to stand on when he claims his gold medal), to the food (kudos to the chefs - people raved), to the behavior of the food and liquor servers (extremely polite and efficient in less than ideal temperatures).  Your part in our son's wedding could not have been more perfect and we will highly recommend your business to everyone we know for future event planning.

I have not been able to write to you because I have been too emotional!!!
EVERYTHING was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you sooo much for making Abbey's wedding day so special! She worked so hard on every detail(and so did I) but I was so proud of Abbey.

The food was wonderful even though I was so busy socializing that I missed some of the appetizers. I did have a bunch of the lamb chops and they were really good. That was one I had requested.

The tent looked absolutely beautiful! It was just how I had envisioned it. I have been sent a lot of pictures and the tent looks so pretty in all of the pics. Thanks for making it happen!!! The service was great and all of the people were so helpful.
Thanks to everyone for making our "little girl's" special day so spectacular!!! Abbey and Dave were so happy and had a ball!!!! They are both so happy and that makes us just beam.

I just wanted to write and tell you how happy we were with what Sage did for our wedding. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The way the tables looked and the chairs were set up; it was exactly how I pictured it. But the main direction of my praise has to go to Darby. I did write her an e-mail directly but I wanted to write to the owner of the company too about how excellent she was. First, she spent a significant amount of time pursuing our business in a friendly way. Second, she listened to me and really found a way to incorporate every detail I wanted into our wedding.
