I just wanted to take a minute and thank each and every one of you!!
Our wedding was the best wedding we've ever been to (we are kind of bias) but we have heard nothing but compliments about the day. And most of the compliments had a lot to do with all of you!
You guys are all fantastic and I was completely at ease about the entire day because I knew I had great people behind me taking care of everything. I will definitely recommend each one of you to the many friends and family that will be getting married in the near future!!

Dear Ed and Sage Staff,
Alex and I wanted to extend our sincere thanks for doing such a wonderful job on our wedding day! Several of our guests told us how fantastic the food was and how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, we felt the same way.

I want to once again thank you all for the valiant job that you did for us. The circumstances could not have been worse but you all slugged through with smiles to boot, (weak pun). I certainly would recommend you and the Sage group for any other party and would, of course, call on you again for my own events. Greg was masterful in the cook-tent. People raved about the quality of the steak, sea bass, and the hors d'oeuvres.

Hi Liz - I just wanted to send you a quick note to say how wonderful everything was on Saturday! We had such an amazing time, thank you so much for making it so easy for us to relax and enjoy. I was clearly very nervous pre-ceremony but everything went well and I had a blast at reception. The staff was so nice and helpful, and multiple people commented on the food, all top notch. And those cheesecakes, wow. I ate my fair share :)

This is so over due and I am so embarrassed at how long it has taken me to thank you! But I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job you did at our wedding on June 4th at Brandywine Manor House. We received so many compliments on how wonderful the food and service was, and Mitch and I never had to worry about a thing.
Also, I wanted to thank you because Mitch had a really rough day leading up to the wedding and he said how great you were when he arrived, asking him if there was anything you could do for him and insuring him that you would take care of everything that he was concerned about…you really calmed him down and put him at ease before the ceremony and we were both very thankful for that!
I hope you are busy with weddings and events and I know I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who needs a caterer!!
