All I can say is wow! You did such an amazing job, our wedding was absolutely PERFECT! You were such a pleasure to work with, and so patient. I really appreciate all of your hard work, along with all of the staff. All of our guests were so impressed by the food and presentation, and I even got a lot of compliments on the service. Everyone was so polite and helpful. I actually got a chance to eat some food, and it was amazing. It was exactly what we wanted, and so not the typical "wedding food.

I wanted to thank you for everything you did over the last few months to help plan our wedding and to seamlessly facilitate the Big Day! I have had multiple people tell me already that our wedding was the nicest that they have ever been to, that the room looked beautiful, and that the food was terrific! Katherine and I were under a lot of stress trying to plan, and pay, for everything ourselves, with no experience at all in event planning, and there is no way that we could have done it without you. I can't believe the wedding has already come and gone. Julius and I both had an AMAZING time at the wedding. As corny as it sounds, it was everything I dreamed of and more! It was just the most amazing day I think I've ever experienced. Everything came together just the way I hoped it would and I can already tell we'll be reminiscing as often as possible for months.
I can't thank you and the rest of the Sage team enough for your hard work. Seriously, the food, the coordination, everything exceeded our expectations. We are so glad to have found such a wonderful catering company to work with. The food was INCREDIBLE - no one has stopped talking about it since (I'm still thinking about those crab cakes, shrimp, mashed potatoes, and tortellini!!!). The day ran so smoothly, I can't thank you enough for helping me think through details leading up to the wedding, and running the show on the day of. You were a pleasure to work with!

Janet and I cannot thank you enough for the spectacular work you and your staff did for our daughter’s wedding this past Sunday.
The hors d’oeuvres were wonderful. Your innovative Lo Mein in a Chinese take-out box was an enormous hit. Many of our guests raved about your baked Brie, although my personal favorite was the Chicken Sate.
The main buffet service could NOT have been better. The salmon was done to perfection, as was the beef. I must admit, I didn’t even realize that there was a sauce for the salmon, but it was superb and didn’t even need it!
While it is true that we hired you for your “Culinary Wisdom”, we also contracted you for your service and that of your staff. All were wonderful. We particularly want to point Pat, Darby and Mary. They paid attention to details as if it were their own event. Your staff went far beyond the minimum required by our contract and that of common courtesy. They fully exerted themselves to assure that the food and food service portions of our event were memorable. They succeeded!
We look forward to some future event when we can again obtain your services.

A few anecdores to share:
Darby was a delight to deal with and had a wonderful way of making sure that everything ran smoothly. We appreciate her attention to detail and flexibility to meet our needs.
The server at our table, Mary, was especially caring and accommodating. During cocktail hour, my brother asked Mary if any of the hors d'ouvers contained fish. She left to get an answer, and then quickly found him in the crowd with an answer.
Everyone we spoke with commented on the ease and speed of getting through the line at the bar, and how well their desires were accommodated by your bartenders. I happened to be there just at 9:30pm, when the bar was closing and they were courteous and firm in delivering the message that bar was to be closing, very impressive!
We were so thoroughly impressed with you and your staff, your attention to detail, and the level of caring and service everyone provided. Your meal was spectacular. We have heard from a great many guests, all with raves about the reception, the food, the service, etc. I must confess, even I had a full plate of seconds! Kudos all around!
