I wanted to tell you how much we really loved working with you and everyone at Sage Catering. You were amazing and so thoughtful throughout the entire process. Everything was exactly as we planned, and really, more beautiful than we dreamed. I worried about absolutely NOTHING the entire day and night. And I know you had the flu and had to leave, which I am so sorry about, is further testament to how professional and intelligent and capable your staff is. Not that I didn't miss you, but your amazing team carried on without skipping a beat. Mary took such good care of Keith, myself, my family, and all our attendants and at the end of the night I realized what that meant to me - she cared about every detail and about creating a warm and lovely memory for Keith and I as much as you did. Wow! That hit me like a brick. I will forever be comparing every caterer to the expertise, kindness, and professionalism that Sage provided. You set the bar extremely high. Thank you so very, very much.

And to be able to work with Greg and his team - I felt so lucky! Knowing someone like Greg was at the helm made my wedding even more special. I remember back in high school Greg was always smiling and he had a quality about him that nothing could get him down. He was always sweet and caring, and fun to be around. I'm happy to know he hasn't lost any of those great qualities. And I have never tasted food so good, and certainly not a wedding! My sincere thanks to Greg, and all the chefs at Sage.

I don't think "thank you" will ever begin to express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for what you guys did for us on Saturday. That was the BEST day of my life..the BEST day of our lives and we have you guys to thank first and foremost.
The food was incredible!!! Mary and Trish were the BEST!! Trish was always there when I needed her, as was Mary. People cannot stop talking about it. The two comments I've heard the most are: "This was the best wedding I've ever been to" and "The food was out of this world"
I seriously won't be able to ever thank you enough for my wedding day. It just filled my heart with so much joy...We want to do it all over again!!!

Sage did a truly wonderful job catering my wedding. I planned my wedding in less than 3 months, but because of their top-notch organization, highly experienced staff, and amazing chefs, it looked like we had spent years planning! Ed walked us through every step in the process, from food to linens to cake to seating. My finance and I wanted a no-meat wedding and they prepared a wonderful menu just for us. I just wanted to take a minute and thank each and every one of you!!

Our wedding was the best wedding we've ever been to (we are kind of bias) but we have heard nothing but compliments about the day. And most of the compliments had a lot to do with all of you!

But I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job you did at our wedding on June 4th at Brandywine Manor House. We received so many compliments on how wonderful the food and service was, and Mitch and I never had to worry about a thing.
Also, I wanted to thank you because Mitch had a really rough day leading up to the wedding and he said how great you were when he arrived, asking him if there was anything you could do for him and insuring him that you would take care of everything that he was concerned about…you really calmed him down and put him at ease before the ceremony and we were both very thankful for that!
