Greg has a culinary degree from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, located in Pittsburgh, as well as business and marketing degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
and Greg met in the catering business
and soon discovered that they shared
many other things. They are avid travelers,
with a particular fondness for Paris
and Maui, where they were married on
the beach in 2005. Both are serious Phille's
fans, who are very active and are always
embarking on new projects, both in and
out of Sage. Greg's son, James,
has also become a part of the Sage team
and he has shown that he is a natural
in the business. Baxter, Hope and Lexi

In addition to high end weddings

season tickets so be nice to him),

he can at the Jersey Shore. We had
the distinct honor of catering his

a tremendous asset to Sage, and he
brings a lot to our table.

Dana Twaddell joined the Sage team over four years ago as a server and it didn't take us long to see what her true talents were. She has a keen eye for design, which comes from her residential design background. Dana can make any room look beautiful and her talents are endless. Her laugh is infectious and makes us all smile!
Dana lives in Chester Springs with her two young sons that keep her busy with school and sports events.
She is a professed Jersey Girl and welcomes any opportunity to visit her family and enjoy the beaches there.
We couldn't be happier to have Dana on our staff and you will be, too.
In addition to these people, there are numerous others that make each event that Sage creates a unique and wonderful experience. From our incredible servers, to our talented chefs, and our amazing back of the house people, they are the group that makes each event run like clockwork. We work with an amazing group of people, and we want to thank them all.
